8. SMS/Text Messaging
SwipePro sends one-time transactional SMS messages (payment receipts) to your customers at the point of service. These messages are sent only after (1) the customer provides their phone number to the merchant's on-site technician, and (2) the technician affirmatively taps the “Confirm Consent & Send Receipt” button on the SwipePro receipt screen, directly below an inline consent disclosure that summarizes what the customer will receive.
- Message Types: One-time transactional payment receipts only. No marketing, promotional, or recurring messages are sent through SwipePro.
- Consent: Verbal opt-in collected at point of sale, acknowledged in-app via the inline consent disclosure under the phone-number field plus the affirmative “Confirm Consent & Send Receipt” button. No SMS is queued until the button is tapped.
- Frequency: One message per completed transaction.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out of future messages.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact admin@swipeproapp.com.
- Carrier Disclaimer: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No Sharing: Mobile information (phone numbers and opt-in/consent data) collected for SMS receipts will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The information is used solely to deliver the requested receipt and enforce opt-outs.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to:
- Know: Request disclosure of personal information collected
- Delete: Request deletion of your personal information
- Correct: Request correction of inaccurate information
- Non-Discrimination: We won't discriminate for exercising rights

10. Other State Privacy Rights
Nevada: We do not sell personal information as defined by Nevada law.
